
DELMAR, NY-Kylle J. DiMaggio, 60, formerly of Boyntonville, died Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at Albany Medical Center surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Troy September 6, 1964, Kylle is the son of Anthony J. DiMaggio of Boyntonville and Carol A. (Sluus) DiMaggio of Brunswick, who survive.
Kylle was a graduate of Tamarac High School, class of 1986. After high school, he worked on the former farm of Dave Busby, which he thoroughly enjoyed and was very proud of. He also worked at the former companies of Energy Option and Matzen Construction Co.; also, Doherty Brothers, Price Chopper, Union College, and Mohawk Country Club.
In his younger years, he was an avid hunter and skilled woodworker. He was an excellent bowler and billiard pool player, and he loved going to the movies. He participated in the equestrian events of the Special Olympics and went on to earn several medals, his first one being gold. He was very lucky at Bingo and scratch-off tickets. Kylle was a member of the former Boyntonville United Methodist Church.
In addition to his parents, Kylle is survived by two sisters and one brother, Tammy L. Daniels of East Greenbush, Scott A. DiMaggio of Haynersville, and Lisa M. (Michael) Bryk of Averill Park; a niece, Rachel Bryk; three nephews, Brian (Christine) Daniels, Adam Daniels, and Michael (Krystal) Bryk; great-niece Kendall Bryk and great-nephews Asher Daniels and Michael Bryk; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Kylle is predeceased by and reunited with his brother Jeffrey A. DiMaggio.
A funeral service for Kylle will be held on Monday, April 14, at 1:00 p.m. at the Howard B. Tate and Son Funeral Home Inc., 2237 NY Route 7, located in Raymertown, with Pastor Joel Holcomb officiating. Burial will follow in Warren Cemetery in Boyntonville. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the funeral home on Monday from 11:00 a.m. prior to the service.
