Brunswick- Kyle M. Koropatny, 33, a lifelong resident of Brunswick, died suddenly Tuesday, January 24, 2023, after being stricken at his residence.
Born in Troy November 16, 1989, Kyle was the son of the late Carl N. and Darlene R. (Stone) Koropatny and the special nephew of Donna Stone of Brunswick, who survives.
Kyle attended Troy High School.
While attending high school and for a short time after, Kyle worked at the former Notty Pine Restaurant in Troy. Most recently he was employed as a brick layer and mason by The Laborers’ International Union of North America Local 157 in Albany, where he enjoyed the mutual trust and friendship among his coworkers, as he poured concrete and built concrete structures.
Kyle loved to ride his Kawasaki motorcycle, travel, and was a good cook in the kitchen. However, his most favorite pastime was hanging out and spending quality time in the back yard with his family, especially his cousins, whom he considered to be his brothers and sisters.
In addition to his maternal aunt, Donna, Kyle is survived by his cousins, Ashley, Zachary, Brittney, and Mudd Stone, several additional aunts, uncles, additional cousins and many friends and coworkers.
Relatives and friends are invited to call on Friday, February 3, 2023, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at the Howard B. Tate & Son Funeral Home Inc., 2237 New York Route 7, located in Raymertown. A memorial service for Kyle will follow
at 4:00 p.m. Burial will be held later this spring at Elmwood Hill Cemetery in Troy at a date and time to be announced.
